Where can I budget adjustments?

We are trying to export budget scenario adjustment information via the Blackbaud API but we aren't able to find it anywhere. Looking at the General Ledger Entity Reference, I find that budget_category under Budget Account Detail, Budget Grant Detail, Budget Project Detail, and Budget Scenario Detail can have a value of "Adjustments". The current APIs I'm using are from the General Ledger called, Budget details, Budget detail lines (List), Budget grant (List), and Budget Project (List) which all contain the budget_category key, but none of the values I get are "Adjustments". Where can I find the adjustments at?

Are you looking for individual adjustments or are you looking for total adjusted amounts?
