New Bank Feed - How long it will take to add new financial institution?

Does anyone know how long it will take to add new financial institution? Two banks merged into one. It looks like Yoddle merged info from one bank but not from the other. I submitted required paperwork for the other bank a week ago, but its still not updated. Does anyone knows how long it will take to set-up another bank in the system?

    Waiting for a couple months now and no response. Yodlee is very unreliable.

    I haven't been impressed with Yodlee. I see our bank in the list but never connects. Just get some strange message that they are working on it and come back later. BB support can't do anything and just say it is with Yodlee. It has been 16 months now. What is the point of Blackbaud using auto bank fees as a selling feature if it doesn't connect?
