Ack Letters from List to Populate Different Letter Templates - SOLUTION

Hi all,

After a lot of wrestling, I was finally able to come up with a flow that pulls gifts from a list and can populate different templates based on the letter field used when entering the gift.

Is this something anyone else is trying to do? Just wondering if there'd be enough interest packaging and documenting the flow.

Hi all,

I'm still trying to think of the best way to package this as something that is reusable by a large number of people with varying needs. In the meantime, I've documented the steps I used to construct this flow.

Full disclosure, this isn't the most elegant solution and it requires a fair amount of up front labor, especially if your organization has a lot of templates.

Thank you for giving us a “road map”. I am pretty new to this and am having a bit of trouble implementing your flow. On page 6 of the guide(scheduled flow), you indicate adding a test string into each of the properties that are populated for the flow. I cannot see how to add the test string . Any assistance you can provide would be most helpful.
