    Hi Anna! I'm wondering if that ID is correct? when I've done these I've used the gift ID, which is typically 6-8 digits in my database.

    Hmm! That's a thought. Does that ID line need to be blank?

    As long as the flow itself contains the dynamic Gift ID (system record ID of the gift), it should be pulling the right information. Is the issue that the gift is already marked Acknowledged and it's trying to change it to Acknowledged? Or maybe that the gift is posted and can't be changed? (I also get the BadRequest error when trying to add a custom field that is configured to allow only one per record and the record already has the field.)
