eTapestry DIY Forms - Confirmation Email Marked As Spam

We have many DIY Forms for users to donate to specific memorials. These forms send out a confirmation email. These emails are being flagged as Spam to the user.

I have added DNS entries to our GoDaddy account, as explained in this article:

Here are the DNS settings in GoDaddy.

This does not solve the spam issue. Can anybody provide some help?
