Account activity and reporting availability to multiple users

Has anyone tried to give access to show account activity during a month to multiple users for just their department, so they could keep track of their expense vs budget during the month? Also, has anyone figured out how to give month end reports to multiple users for just their department?

    Hey Chris, you can restrict on a user by user basis, which specific accounts / projects a user can see in FE and on report using advanced security.

  • Yes we do this. We have multiple departments across campus and only give them access to the projects and GL account codes with in their department. I also created reports for each department and some for a particular person so when they log in they can go to reports and search for their name.

    Angela, would you be able to give me some instructions on how you gave each department just their individual account code information and directed them to their own specific reports? that would be such a big help.
