NXT Report times out - Invalid or corrupted PDF file

If I got distracted and failed to click View Report, it times out and I can no longer view it.

Some reports can be rerun but others are unique and can only be generated once.

Can someone please point me to where settings can be adjusted so the report does not time out ?

  • This has been an issue for me, as well. It seems I often get pulled away before I can print my posting report…..and then I'm just out of luck. ?

    I had a client that reported that to me on Monday , and I was able to duplicate it in a sample FENXT database. I don't consider that as working correctly, so I made a support case on their behalf. If you've not brought it up with support, I would. It helps them know how widespread the issue is and how large of an impact it is. Can help in prioritizing them fixing issues.

  • This was new behavior for us as well, so I opened a case to report it. Support is working to resolve.

  • We have the same issue that started after outage earlier this week.

  • Posting reports can be reprinted in Database, but not my favorite solution, because the time date that prints on it is when you reprint.

    this is an issue that i have found to be very bothersome, more so now that the post to accounts payable in the database option is missing.

    You can print a Batch Detail Report in the Reporting section of the FENXT, hope that helps.

    Is this corrupt issue known by Blackbaud and on a fix list? I didn't see any comment as to why they corrupt so quickly in this conversation thread.
