It's possible. We've built out an automation that will fill template letters based on the letter code. It's not 100% automated, as we still need to export the flat file from Mail that contains the fields we need. I'm working towards a fully automated solution that uses the Blackbaud connectors to pull in gifts. Happy to discuss with you if you're looking to get started!

Yes I have a solution like that already. One letter template that brings in different content based on the letter code. It works well for batches, but not so well with nuanced letters that our team need to print right away. Which is why I am looking at this power automate solution with an add in, but I can’t extract the letter code or manage to do anything dynamic with content controls in Word. Are you able to do that?
