Transitioning from Expense Management with an Outside credit card connection through Yodlee to Blackbaud Purchase Cards

We currently use First Bank Visa with 14 different credit cards and are looking at switching to the Blackbaud Purchase cards. We are curious to hear how other users who used Expense Management with an outside credit card connection through Yodlee transitioned to using the Blackbaud Purchase Cards with Expense Management? Anything you felt you did well to make the transition smooth and anything you would have done different?

    Hi Kelsey,

    The overall process is not much different as you can link the blackbaud purchase card and then set up a user for delegation of charges to Expense Management. One advantage is the Feed limits of regular banks / credit cards of 20 cards is no longer applicable with the Regions blackbaud purchase cards.     I understand how the connection is different. I'm looking for some more practical day to day advice with staff and making that transition as smooth as possible. A lot of our cards are for a whole department so its not just a single person using the card and claiming the charges in Expense Management.
