GiveSmart for events management

We just started using the GiveSmart for event management software.

Importing and exporting to and from Raisers Edge is a challenge. Anyone have any tips?

    We used GiveSmart for a large event this year. Importing the event transaction data into our Blackbaud CRM database turned out to be a manual, tedious process. I saw your post and wondered if you still use GiveSmart and, if so, how your import challenges were resolved. We are also willing to consider other products (QTEGO, Cvent, OneCause, etc.) if necessary. Thank you!

    @Denise Diehl although GiveSmart advertises a direct integration with Raiser's Edge on their website, it is ONLY for their “fundraise” package. So if you only have the “events” package, it will not help. It is $695 per year, but I do not have any detail about how well it actually integrates.

    I know that doesn't directly answer your question, but I just learned this information so wanted to share.
