Trouble submitting invoices in credit card fee

Is anyone else having problems submitting credit card charges in expense management?

I'm having issues with Expense Management today. I get the green ball when selecting expense categories and changes to existing categories will not save (e.g. changing an amount of a copied invoice). I've tried different browsers, clearing cache, incognito/private and normal modes without a solution.
