Functionality issues?

Anyone else having major functionality issues today? Seems like if we try anything we end of with the green ball thinking and can't get past that.

  • We have constant issues. I honestly don't know if we will continue with Blackbaud after this year. I have created tickets, chatted with reps, etc., but have not seen a real fix. Our staff is so used it, they just log out and try again later.

  • We only rarely have issues. If we are all getting the green ball we log off for a bit and come back. Our access has been very reliable.

  • Haven't been having issues. There was one day it seemed a bit slow but not for long.

  • I can empathize with the constant issues! Have had one open support ticket since late January that is still not resolved…
