Question on Adding Date Value to Notifications

Hello! I have a question for the community.

Is there a relatively straightforward way (either via the front-end, or via the Infinity SDK) to add a data element (such as, for example, a date value that indicates the date that the notification was created) to the Notifications window (the one with the “Close” button) that pops up on a constituent's profile in Blackbaud CRM? (See image for an example of such a notification window.)

What do you recommend?
