I'm looking to connect with anyone who uses the RedArc with their BBGM and NXT products.

We use RedArc to integrate BBGM and RE NXT. I'm not impressed too far, but Red Arc support is working on the issue. If you're having problems, contacting Red Arc support is the best way to go. Blackbaud is not offering support on this product.
