saving templates doesn't save them

I'd love to be able to use the drag and drop templates for newsletters, but for some reason I just can't get anything to save. Every time I try to save after making any changes, whether I ‘save and edit’, ‘save and finish’, or ‘save and email’ the template reverts back to it's original state.

What am I doing wrong?
