Payment Reminder Text - Turn On

Does anyone know where the functionality lives for turning on Text Messages for Payment Reminders? Text Messages for follow up service is in the Manage Follow Up tab, but I cannot locate the tab to turn on Payment Reminders.

    Answer:

    These alerts include Prior to Debit, Payment Reminders and Failed Payment text messages. These can be viewed via our Communication Dashboard under the Dashboards page. Additionally payers can opt in/out on their accounts via www.parent.blackbaud.school under the "Edit My Profile" page and "Text Message Notifications."
