Anyone else unable to connect to Blackbaud Payments API Gateway via SKY API today?

I am unable to connect a donation service to the payment services using SKY API, which means we are not able to collect donations through our service. Is anyone else having this trouble?

This resolves to an error page for me: <h2>Our services aren't available right now</h2><p>We're working to restore all services as soon as possible. Please check back soon.

Our donation service is seeing the following error: Failed to connect to Blackbaud Payments API gateway: Could not resolve host: oauth2.sky.blackbaud.com (6)

Some success, but not complete success.

I am not able to refresh the token!

I tried to do a hot test but I’m getting a failure on that:

Hi Andrew

Ensure you are using this endpoint to retrieve the list of valid payment configuration IDs for the BBMS account you are using. Can you confirm if you are using one of those IDs?

Thank you for your response, i think we fixed it. It sounds like the payment configuration lost it's value in the connection outage and we were able to get a donation through after resetting.
