List Constituent Notes- Note text not pulling in

Hi- I'm trying to pull in Constituent Notes of a certain type and it appears the List Constituent Notes isn't even pulling it in. I'm wondering if there is a limitation to the endpoint?

I am filtering the array to the Notepad type but the notes aren't pulling in. We have many notepads and we create a different notepad per type, some major gift prospects can have more than 20 notepads.

Is there a way I can get List Constituent Notes to pull in more notepads? Is this the only way to pull in Notes?

Hi Carolyn,

I'm not following what you mean by “not pulling it in” - are you saying there's a bug and you have constituents with notes but the note text isn't being returned by the connector? Or are you asking how to locate only notes with a particular type?

The List constituent notes action in the connector returns all notes for a constituent (the only parameter to the action is the constituent system record ID). So any filtering for notes of a specific type would need to be done in your flow afterwards.

If you can clarify your question, I'll be happy to respond with more detail (or chase down a bug if needed).

Hi @Ben Lambert - I'm a little embarrassed now because I had a rookie mistake and it works now.

While trying different things my flow ended up with a different value in the From section of the Filter Array section. Somehow it was looking at my previous list opportunities value instead of my list constituent notes value.

All fixed and it does pull through the one I want! Sorry for the question, it was user error.
