Can I know why it is and do I need to change the subscription to use event APIs?

You are getting this error because you did not have write access to the Cohort environment. I have verified you meet the requirements for write access to the environment and granted it. Please try again and let us know if you continue to have issues.

Thank you very much for your support and now I can use create event API endpoint without any issue.
