Credit Card Feed- DUPLICATES

We have been linked to American Express for about a year now- we continually get about 30% of our charges as duplicates pulled on the feed. I have been in touch with Support at least a dozen times with no resolve. They tell me it's “fixed” only to have the duplicates return about 2 weeks later. The only alternative is to review manually and ignore the duplicate charge- this is not a sustainable option. Can anyone assist?? My only thought is that the feed pulls pending charges and cannot decipher once cleared. Please help!
