Date Fields

Anyone having this issue today? When entering an invoice you have to click on the calendar icon to choose the Invoice Date, Due Date, Post Date. If you try and hand enter it, the “Enter Valid Date" message appears. I've logged out and back in. Cleared browser cache. Nothing worked.

  • Yes, I hadn't been entering for a few days but today when i enter the date i have to enter a / between and never had to do that before or need to choose the calendar. A bit annoying.

  • Staff is very frustrated - I am talking them “off the ledge today” - the last three works have been so difficult with the lags, the missing headers - and overall issues……

  • I am having the same issue. I normally enter 061522 for 06/15/2022 and the system would correct it. This is currently not working. ?

  • i was on chat yesterday with them and they created a ticket for me, told them it was high priority, but they lowered the priority level!

  • Thanks for sharing the article Lori. Adding just the day has not worked for me in months. I tried and it now works. Hopefully they will fix the issue where we do not have to use slashes.

  • We are having this problem as well. Not happy. Why are they making changes that slow the entry process instead of making it easier? With the volume of invoices increasing for our organization this will add time to the process! Time we do not have!

  • Noticed the same problem, used to be able to enter dates 060222 and the system would convert it to 06/02/2022, now I either have to key in the slashes with the numbers or use the calendar. I am also having problems with the Journal entry batch creator and not being able to use chrome.

  • Hello all, there are a couple of alternatives. You can now enter just the day of the month and the month and year will autopopulate. For today, you could just type in 16, press tab and the system will convert to 06/16/2022.

    If you are entering May 31, just type 5/31 then tab and the system will convert to 05/31/2022 for you.

  • Has anyone heard from Blackbaud if they are going to fix this? It is frustrating trying to change our entering habits we have been used to for so long.
