EFT Remittance Emails

Does anyone know if the EFT remittance emails can be customized? What happens if you have an incorrect eft email address for a vendor? Can you tell if an remittance email has bounced back?

    currently no, but almost the day the feature was released, there is an Idea portal suggestion to do this. The emails come from noreply@blackbaud.com, so it would be imperative to ensure the email address for the vendor is correct. May also be prudent to let them know to whitelist the noreply@blackbaud.com email address so their IT doesn't quarantine it or get caught in junk mail.

  • @Crystal Ratering No customization is available right now and my vendors have not been happy with the lack of information that is sent. Our old system had the emails coming from me and attached the detail of the transaction. We just converted to BB and this is by far one of the worst features I've had to work through. Hopefully, customization will be coming soon!
