BBMS setting up a merchant account not working

in Merchant Services APIs

I'm trying to setup a merchant account for my org. When I click on Add account, it opens a modal with a list of things I need to setup. Clicking on Next button in this modal makes the page irresponsive and returns some errors in the console.
