API payment not pulling through to NXT

Hello, I am hoping someone can help - we have a third party platform API set up for a new campaign about to go live where the payments pull through to BBMS. We have tested this and can see the transactions on BBMS but the payments don't pull through to NXT and appear as gifts on people's accounts. Please can anyone help with why this will be - thank you!

Hi Abi

Thanks for the question. The Payments API will process a transaction with BBMS, but will not create gift or constituent records in RE NXT. To complete the process, you need to use the Gift API to add the records to NXT.
