ODBC driver from CData

Hi,

Has anyone successfully installed this driver to pull data from RE NXT? I have run into a connection problem and am after some advice. Neither Cdata or Blackbaud are able to resolve the issue and the latter suggests asking on this forum.

    Hi - I really didn't know anything about the Data ODBC driver for RENXT until now. I see that they have a trial (haven't tried it yet) but how much does the full version cost? It says I need a product key but I can't figure out where to get that and how much it will cost. (and if there are any non-profit discounts). Any ideas?

    Hi Sue, Sadly not. CData went through every option in the book without any joy and after a good couple of weeks trying I gave up. I now make do with the monthly SQL back up service instead, which I extract to a local server.

    You get one free back up as part of your RENXT contract each month. You can get more frequent ones, including overnight, but it costs as much as RENXT itself!
