Blank Check Paper for FENXT AP

Hello,

I am wanting to know if anyone has had any luck ordering blank check paper from a different vendor besides Blackbaud Forms?

The price they have listed for blank check paper is steep, much higher than what I see elsewhere for the same quantity. However, I have not had any luck finding a vendor that explicitly states that their check paper is compatible with FENXT AP.

@Ali Abdul We thought the BB price was way too high as well. We just worked with a local print shop to get the checks printed the way we need them for NXT.

I bought some from Advantage Laser Products (Form 506) that work well for us and were a lot less expensive.

I am going to piggy back of this and ask if you are using 3 part checks? @Ali Abdul you said you use Safeguard Form 506, there is no way to look that up on their site.

Hi Dawn, I was recommended Safeguard from another user! I have not used these checks before. However, a different user suggested to look up form 506 through Advantage Laser Products. I searched the site and saw that they offer to send free samples to test. So, I am going to give these a shot. Here is the direct link to the form 506 checks that were suggested!

I'm pretty sure it's just online at Costco. It's some kind of partnership with Harland Clarke, at a serious discount.

Yeah. Their site is kinda lame since The Financial Edge isn't listed. You have to call them at least for the first time. I just re-ordered some checks from them a few months ago. It's about $100 for 1000 with a custom logo. Re-orders are cheaper.

W.B. Mason has the 3 part security business checks- DocuGard is the brand.
