Expense Management Hang Ups

Is anyone else having issues with Expense Management hanging up recently? We keep getting the bouncing green ball of death. After entering or reviewing an invoice, hitting Save, Submit, or Approve results in the green bouncing ball of death. It's occurring for multiple individuals on various browsers.

Yes--sometimes when I open expense management, nothing is there and I have to refresh as well. Or it will sometimes wipe out my distributions or do other wonky things.

Another new and not welcome change is when you fill out the expense category you have to click the search button AND THEN click INTO the field to search for the category you want. So annoying!
