Reviewer Portal

Hello! Ms. Foundation recently launched the Reviewer Portal and we have run into a couple of hiccups with external reviewers. I'd like to hear how others have managed the following scenarios:

• making changes once a review has been submitted; as requested by the reviewer, and
• providing access to dashboards so that external reviewers may view submitted reviews and export to excel

Also, if anyone would like to share any procedure documentation related to their review process it will be much appreciated! Thanks.

@Wanda Miroslava Peguero Have you taken the Blackbaud University module on “Reviewers and the Reviews Portal?"

That should have training as well as provide knowledge-base documents for reference.

On any submitted Review record there is an action button “Allow Re-submission”, this opens the Review back up for the reviewer to edit and re-submit.
