Credit Card Feeds - Missing

We use Blackbaud Purchase Cards and I refresh credit card feeds on a daily basis.

I just downloaded the 7/31/22 statements and exported NXT credit card activity.

I did cardholder subtotals and found discrepancies between the two.

Are there organizations that recently encountered this same issue?

    I just tried to download the July transactions and one of them is missing from the credit card feed as well. Did you have any luck with yours?

    Did you try looking at the time of the credit card processing? It may have timed out to the next day. I know there is an issue with timing on some things with BBMS and Tuition Management, not sure if this could be a similar issue. How they aren't on the same time is beyond me, still waiting on the hot fix for that one.

    It's common that there's a 24 to 48 hours of delay in posting. But, it's August 9th and transactions from July 1st haven't shown up yet.

    @Ferdie Alayon This will be the second month in a row that we have MANY missing transactions. I am about to open up a new case. The resolution for last month's case was to manually bring them in via a process they provided. But with 30 missing transactions totaling over $32,000 this month, I am not willing to do that. This is VERY concerning.
