Blackbaud not compliant with federal guidelines

Hi all,

We've found that the Billing Management module is not able to apply financial aid credits to ONLY the term in which they are awarded, as per federal guidelines stipulate. When we bring this issue to support, they say it's an enhancement request, but that seems like an odd response for an issue that has a potential impact on our ability to grant aid at all. We'd also like to avoid government fines, if possible. Is anyone else having this or a similar issue?

    Hi Laura,

    We have work coming up in our next block of work (which starts on Wednesday 8/17) to add this restriction. It should be available by the end of August baring any issues that we find in our testing. We're getting a new Support case created for you so that we can communicate when these changes are complete.
