Retrieving Events under and Event Category, and Inquiry API

Hi, is there a way to get the events under a specific event category? I was able to query the event categories using Try it in

but I can't find any endpoint reference to get a list individual events under an event category using SKY API but found one using the old and unrecommended “ON” API. Another question is, do we have any API to create an inquiry? Our goal is to create an inquiry via API using our website form.
