Add-in will not appear in production

Hi folks,

I was able to add two SKYAPI add-ins (two custom tiles) into our test and production environments. For some reason, the two apps appear on our test environment but not in production.

I followed the same steps to add them. So, is there any configuration or setup that I am missing?

    First thing I'd suggest doing is making sure that in the flow that's associated with your Production environment to make sure each of the Blackbaud Connections is logged into your Production environment rather than your Development environment. Namely, the Validate a user identity token under the “Validate” case. It's not always easy to see which one you're logged into, so you may just need to click on “Add new connection” and then login to your Production environment.

    Great to hear. If you haven't already, you'll need to do the same to each of the other connections in your flow to make sure you're pulling data from Production and not your test environment.
