Getting business card information from K12 and share it with RE

I'm trying to help our development department and simplify the connection between RE and K12.

Development requests monthly CSVs from K12 of all the employments of our parents. Can anyone help me streamline this?

    If you have anyone on your team or in your IT department that can script this from the API it's pretty easy to do and can be automated monthly to send an email (we use the SKYAPI PowerShell module to do stuff like this, which is publicly available and I maintain, but you can also use a different programing language, Power Automate, etc.)

    If you don't want to mess with something that advanced, you can create a custom advanced list that they can access as needed (or email it to them). It would come out as CSV from there.
