Hi All,

I'm in the process of finding ways to improve our process efficiency and credit card feed via FE NXT is one of the solution. At this stage, I'm wanting to find out as much information as I could before making the decision. I'm concern at this point when hearing quite a few issues customers faced with this credit card feed function. Can anyone tell me if it is worthwhile using this feature and any tips could help me though this process? Also what kind of support will I get from Blackbaud if I run into problems.

    @Thyda Thach My thought is it depends on if you use the Blackbaud native cards from Regions Bank or are trying to feed in another card issuer. We've had a lot of success using the native Blackbaud cards and using the feeds. If the bank feeds (we use Wells Fargo) are any indication of how well the card feeds work, it just doesn't work very well. We miss transactions, pull in transactions from the wrong account, all that ridiculousness.

    @Thyda Thach I love the credit card feeds…when they are working. Currently, two of our four credit card feeds are down. One has been broken since late August, the other since September 8th. Both of these feeds have had issues several times. I have tickets in with support, but the response time can be slow because they often have to work with a third party (Yodlee) to make changes in order to fix them. I am currently debating whether to keep waiting or to just starting entering all the (100+ and counting) receipts manually, as it is almost month-end.

    @Thyda Thach it sounds like our experience has been much the same as others. I love credit card feeds when it is working. Unfortunately, it has not worked the entire 3 years we've been trying to use it. Our credit cards are currently through Chase. We are in the process of moving to Divvy for our credit card management. It is free and imports to FE via JE. Seems to be a much better option for us.
