Values for a new field

I'm trying to set up a new custom field for one of my forms. I need it to have values. I have no idea how to do values. Any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

Blueprint>Custom Fields>Add New

pick the record type, name it, use the Values type . Add your values i.e. Yes,No
