Hi, we are an agency that designs and implements email automation series for donor stewardship. We do this with MS Power Automate. We have a potential client that uses BB CRM.

Does BB CRM have a connector? The documentation doesn't mention it, but this video seems to imply it does.

Will appreciate any guidance!

    Hi @Louis Diez, no, there isn't currently a connector that will allow Power Automate to connect to BBCRM; primarily because CRM doesn't have a publicly available API. However, it's in the pipeline. Blackbaud will be releasing (by the end of 2022) an update to the current connector that will allow generic HTTP requests to any endpoint on the SKY API. And the new API for BBCRM should be available in either Q1 or Q2 2023. This will allow Power Automate to use the HTTP request action to access the BBCRM API until an official connector can be completed.

    A certified connector (actually, multiple connectors) for BB CRM is in the works now, but nothing is available currently. The underlying REST APIs for accessing BB CRM are also still under construction, and once stable we'd likely see certified connectors become available. If you *had* to make something work today, you could build a custom connector against the REST APIs but be aware they are very early and still undergoing breaking changes.

    @Louis Diez Just a heads up that the next update to our SKYLib•NET Code Library and SDK will include support for all of the new Altru and CRM APIs*. That's 17 additional APIs, nearly doubling the total of supported APIs to 36.

    This release is expected early next week.

    Obviously, this is only of interest to anyone developing with .NET but if you are, SKYLib can be used with any flavor app: desktop, web, service, etc.

    SKYLib is free to use in unlicensed, rate-limited mode (1 call/s) so you can use it to play around, check authorization, etc at no cost even if you never end up using it in a production app.
