Issues with expense request defaulted accounts & projects

Is anyone having issues where the set defaults for expense management users are out of wack? the project codes are populating differently than what the default settings are and that is in turn messing up the account codes.

YES! It's like they are pulling default account strings and project IDs from other people's user settings.

@Cathi Christopher Yes. It's so frustrating because in the user settings, all the defaults are correct. But for the users, it's just pulling random account strings. We have submitted a ticket to BB and one of our team members is going to hopefully talk with someone today to see if they can figure out what's happening. ?

We have an open case for expense management also. We had a couple test users set up prior to rolling out to our staff, and the project/grant defaults we set up on the user level are no longer working. The expense account code default isn't working either. Hopefully they get this solved soon!

are you also having this happen with the Blackbaud credit cards? We have two users with similar last 4 digits of their credit card and it is pulling to the wrong person.
