Attachments to Email Templates

Is there a way to add attachments to email templates?

  • @Kristi Hagen yes there is, however you don't set this up in the document template manager.

    First of all create your email template in the document template mananer. Then when you physically go to raise the email against the record, choose the email template then on the side menu you have a link to attachments. You can then either choose to attach a letter template you have in the document template manager - or click and drag an attachment from a network drive.

    It would be a great feature to add to the document template manage settings for the email template though - to define at that level if an email template should automatically have a letter template attached to it when you raise. Maybe one for the ideas portal?
