Blue 'Processing' notification

We are having issues with the blue box pop up - saying "our request is being processed. We will notify you when it is ready" - but then it just sits there doing nothing and doesn't process.

it happens a lot with both letters/documents and email templates.

Has anyone else had an increase in these not running like they used too? Emails used to generate an open up on screen straight away, but this update is no longer doing that.?

@Louisa Robinson Hi Louisa - yes we have had this too. The quick fix is to click on ‘Grantmaking’ top left of your screen to refresh your session and that seems to force the job to complete and you get the green toast popup.

I've had advice from Buzzacott that users now need to update a setting on their machines to allow websockets and that will rectify this without needing the refresh. Details here System Requirements (blackbaud.com)
