I made a power Bi report but there are a few missing gifts. I refreshed the report but those gifts are still missing. Those gifts are in the list in NXT. Do you know the reason of that?

Hey @Veronica Krivis, are they particular types of gifts that aren't showing? Do you have any filters on your Power BI report that can be filtering those gifts out?

@Matt Thacker. I did not use filter and the data sources is Blackbaud (beta). Does “refresh” show the changes that occur after the list was made or pulled?

@Veronica Krivis, I was testing on a small Gift list, and I was thrown for a loop when the gift count in my table visual was less than the gift count in Power Query. My issue was that I had a filter across all pages on a Constituent dimension. Since Power BI automatically created a relationship between my existing Constituent query and my new Gift List query, this filter applied to my gifts. Having forgotten that I'd set this filter across all pages, I was surprised at first.

When your gift list refreshes in RENXT and then you manually refresh your data set in Power BI or on Power BI Service, we expect Power BI to pick up all records in your refreshed gift list, assuming you have not added any filter in Power Query. RENXT's gift lists refresh pretty frequently, so it doesn't take long for a data set imported into Power BI to fall behind.
