Detailed Help With Newsletters?

I am a new eTapestry user and would love to talk with someone (either email, phone or Zoom) who considers themselves adept at producing high quality newsletters for email. I get the basics and I understand that eTap is limited compared to things like Constant Contact and/or MailChimp but I am hoping that I can at least make mine look somewhat close to professional and the eTap online instructions don't get to the level I am hoping to learn about.

@David Quirk I am what I would call skilled in eTapestry. To be honest, I create our newsletter externally and email it from my work e-mail address. I have found that the open rate is higher and I can design what I want.

The only suggestion I have for you if you create in eTapestry is to use one of their templates or attach a link to open in a new window. Everyone has different web browsers they use and email's can get distorted.
