Problems with exporting

My colleagues are unable to export, as they are given messages saying they either (a) aren't allowed to export, or (b) the export happens, but the file does not actually get saved. I have no issues myself. Please advise if anyone has a way to get their exporting set up properly.

    Can I ask how they are trying to do the export? What button/menu are they using?

  • @LuAnn Ringler They are clicking on the “export” button inside any report or query.

    This could be an issue with admin permissions, best reach out to Blackbaud support.

    This may be overly simple, but have you made sure your filepath is correctly traced? When we switched to Blackbaud hosted, it took a bit to adjust to having to re-route the filepath, as it appears at first that it is exporting to desktop when in fact it is Blackbaud's server and not your own desktop being exported to.

    If this is not the issue, then I agree that you will need to contact Support.
