In case anyone else has been on the lookout for the new Power Automate action, the Send HTTP Request is now available!

Here's an example of now being able to create a constituent with Power Automate. Top image is the POST request and the bottom image is what's returned.

    @Matt Thacker Indeed! Microsoft just confirmed the connector has been deployed to all regions (previously they said the EOY change freeze was in effect until Jan 3). So it's a late Christmas present for everyone - enjoy!
