Blackbaud Hosting Services File Transfer Utility
We are trying to retrieve the file that was validated in RE to post in FE for month end. The transfer did not take place, but I have the summary from RE. I attempted to log into the BB Hosting Services File Transfer utility and am getting the error “there is no default host associated with the current user” Any help is appreciated.
