Has anyone else recently seen abnormalities in their donor retention numbers in NXT reporting dashboards? After three straight fiscal years of climbing retention, we are seeing an odd drop in the last two months. Is anyone else experiencing this? Has anyone worked with anyone to audit your donor database specifically with a focus on retention?
