How to transfer land to a new entity

In the Fixed Assets module, I need to transfer land to a new entity at 12-30-2022. We acquired the land in 2021, but need the transfer posted in 2022. How do I do that in Fixed Assets without posting to 2021?

    what consists of the entity currently? Like how is that tracked and which transaction(s) from the asset that hit the original entity? That's gonna help us know what's currently set int he database and what transactions can affect the transfer.
