Cash entries posting to ledger

Back in November, there was an issue with cash entries not posting to the ledger. I did the work around that was recommended, but now as I'm working to close down my December reconciliation, the entries that didn't post appropriately in November show up as new adjustments with their original October dates. Has anyone else had this? Do I need to do the same process to correct this?

  • @Sarah Verdoorn Same thing happened here. Per the email they sent out on Jan 4, their “fix” should not have affected any entries we had manually corrected. Yesterday I went in to do the bank recs and the Blackbaud entries duplicated everything I had already done. This affects about 60 journal entries, so I am freaking out just a bit. AND at our fiscal year end!

    Something similar has happened to me. September deposits are part of the Dec bank rec and are all marked clear.

    Best option is to reach out to Support and get a case started so that they can help you work through the issue.

    Unfortunately that link doesn't help. It may make sense if Oct deposits were showing up in the bank rec however for me it's Sep. A case support has been created. This would not be the best time for a potential major issue as we are attempting to close out the year.
