Query issues

I have create some queries in database view FE and for some reason it will not always filter out some of the things I ask it to filter. Such as filter for invoice dates greater than a certain date or that does not have an account number of 1-2000-00. Yet it will pull older dates and lines that will have 1-2000-00 in the account number. So I will have to manually pull out duplicate lines or invoices before the date needed.

    Usually, when you start getting different pieces on the criteria page, notice you can section off the criteria pieces using the ( ) buttons to say certain pieces go together. Also, another tip, if you have multiple pieces, make sure if it says And vs Or. Having that in there not set the way you want can allow the criteria to allow information to pull in you're not looking for in that query.
