since yesterday NTX is running very slow - loading and changes take a long time; anyone else seeeing this?

@Josephine Blake It has been this way for a week now. With the 1099 deadline coming up this is not acceptable. When looking up a vendor it takes 20-30 seconds for each letter to appear. We have been putting cases in and no one is getting back to us. I am at a complete loss at this point.

I have this same issue since January and have multiple tickets with no fix. They are blaming our IT and computer systems. We tried an upload yesterday and it finally times out at 17 minutes with a green dot spinning endlessly. I can not even enter invoices in after 1Pm it is so slow and times out. Did you ever create a ticket or get a resolution?
