FE database view almost completely unresponsive to mouse, only responds to keyboard functions such as "tab" and "enter"

I am wondering if anyone is having trouble with navigating FE database view? Like the title states, it is almost completely unresponsive to my mouse movement and clicks. I have a mouse and a trackpad and have tried both. Sometimes, the cursor moves slightly, but is way off of where it should be. I have been having to tab through pages and hit enter instead of clicking in and out of them.

I have had those issues but i recently replaced my mouse and it worked.

Thank you for the tip! I am going to see what happens if I do what this knowledgebase article suggests. However, if that does not work, I Will be replacing the mouse. After all, I have had it for a while.
